Wonderful bakery with delicious fresh made breads, pastries, sandwiches and other breakfast items like overnight oat cups. Try their olive bread it is so delicious!

This little bakery has become must-visit every time my husband and I visit Miami Beach. We LOVE the croissants and guava cream donuts and look forward to getting them for days before we head down south haha. This last visit we also got a loaf of the country bread and holy cow it is AMAZING. Definitely worth a visit. A coffee from Panther Coffee around the corner and a guava and cream donut from True Loaf, sit by the bay to watch the parrot fish and chill for a perfect South Beach morning.

Fresh delicious pastries and bread, friendly staff, they use excellent flour, they make bread daily in the morning and it tastes much better than other bakeries. Had to cheat on my diet for their pastry

Oh my god! Everything they say about HOW AMAZING the pastries here is true. Absolutely phenomenal!! I tried a Turkey and brie sandwich, danish with raspberries and a pain au chocolate with raisins and hazelnuts and everything was to die for. Crispy, buttery, flavorful and light. It’s a little chaotic inside and almost no sitting but there are a few tables outside. So Go treat yourself

I’m so glad there is a delicious bakery in Miami Beach. There’s a good variety of French pastries. It very refreshing to see in Miami. I’m so tired of Cuban pastries and faux French pastries. This bakery reminds me of LA or NYC bakeries. I only tried the Pain suisse. They have a chocolat croissant but someone bought the last one before me. It’s made in small batch so get there early! Things sell out quickly.

Got there late so they were out of croissant. Had a flute sandwich with egg (done Spanish omelette style), cheese and arugula. The combination was very good but you need to be sitting down with a plate in front of you - and this place is take out only - or else it’s very hard to eat without the very generous portion of egg falling out.

Amazing bakery - the passion for their products comes across from the staff as soon as you walk in. I got the almond croissant, blt sandwich and choc cookie - all exceptional.

My favorite bakery in Miami!! Its definitely on the pricier side but worth every dollar. Their donuts are phenomenal and my current favorite. They only make them on Saturday’s and most Sundays after 10am (double check the menu on their site). The caramel one is my favorite if you get a chance to order it. During thanksgiving, they take orders for pumpkin pies. My family orders them from True Loaf every year with fail and always gets me so excited for dessert time. Its been so incredible watching this bakery grow over the past 8 years I’ve lived in Miami and my go to for weekend treats
